1. Sign into your account on admin.essentialhub.com
2. Navigate to settings and select “Stores”
3. Select “Add new store”
4. Give your store connection a name
5. Select the type of store you want to connect
6. Fill out the necessary information or select “Authorize”

If you added a polling order store then your orders will begin to populate within 5 minutes of making the connection. If you added a realtime order store, orders will appear as soon as a request is made to eHub for orders.
This will depend on what store is connected. For 95% of our stores, we will capture order updates and pass them through to your shipping software. You can see whether or not this feature is available for your connected order store when adding or editing it in admin.essentialhub.com.
You can add as many stores to your eHub account as you would like.
