How does it all work?
You use our software to print shipping labels. It connects with your ecommerce store, shopping cart, and marketplaces. The software comes setup with our great rates, and printing labels is super easy!
How much does it all cost?
The software is free to start. For larger volume shippers there is a monthly fee that starts at $50/month. Regardless of your size, onboarding, implementation, and setting up automation are all FREE.

Does it work with international?

Do I have to download the software to use it?
The software works from your web browser, so there’s nothing to download!
Does it send tracking information to my customers?
Yes, it can send tracking notifications. You can choose to do this through the software or through your webstore/shopping cart. We recommend having your store/shopping cart do it for you so it’s easier to track customer communications.
Are you shipping my items?
We do not do any actual shipping – we give you rates and software to print labels – so you can keep shipping them yourself! However, if you’re looking for a third-party fulfillment provider, we manage a network of them so we can help you find what you need.
How does it charge for postage?
Once you setup an account with eHub, we charge you for the postage. You can pay with your bank account or a credit card.
Can I use my own carrier rates?
Yes, you can! We are very flexible and our software supports your rates, our rates, or a mix of both!
What kind of discounts are available?
We have discounts available for USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, RR Donnelley, and Skymail
Does it automatically select the cheapest shipping option?
Our shipping software uses automation to select the cheapest shipping option based on the rules you choose. The key part of a competitive shipping strategy is using multiple carriers that provide different shipping options for customers across the country AND software that picks the best one. Every time.
Does it automatically import orders as soon as they are placed?
If the order has gone through the entire process and is in the correct status, the order will get pulled into the system.
How does it update my store when I ship orders?
Once a label is printed, it will update your store/shopping cart that it has shipped.
