Job Summary:
The Senior Product Analyst plays a critical role in helping eHub make smarter product and business decisions through data. This role partners closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, Leadership, and eHub’s Chief AI Officer to identify opportunities, improve customer experiences, and drive measurable business impact.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys both deep analytical work and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly analytical, business-minded, and excited to uncover insights that influence product strategy and operational performance.
In addition to leading complex analyses, this role will mentor junior analysts and help elevate analytics maturity and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Product & Operational Analysis
Analyze customer, operational, product, and fulfillment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover customer behavior patterns, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
Design and evaluate experiments, feature performance, customer adoption trends, and operational outcomes.
Strategic Impact & Reporting
Partner with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to influence roadmap prioritization and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain key business, operational, and product KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with Chief AI Officer to identify high-impact opportunities for data-driven innovation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
Analytics Maturity & Mentoring
Mentor and support junior analysts through coaching, feedback, analytical best practices, and project guidance.
Help prioritize and coordinate analytics initiatives across teams.
Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and analytical processes across the organization.
Help foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required
5+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, data analytics, or related roles.
Strong SQL and analytical skills.
Experience working closely with Product, Operations, or business leadership teams.
Demonstrated ability to identify meaningful business insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex findings clearly.
Full-time on-site in Sandy, Utah office.
Strongly Preferred
Experience mentoring analysts or leading cross-functional analytical initiatives.
Experience in logistics, fulfillment, SaaS, marketplaces, or operationally complex environments.
Familiarity with experimentation, product analytics, cohort analysis, KPI development, and customer behavior analysis.
Experience working alongside data science or AI initiatives (expertise in machine learning is not required).
