Prospect and Generate Leads
- Research and identify potential customers within the shipping and logistics industry.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities domestically and internationally.
- Utilize networking and industry events to expand customer base.
Consultative Selling
- Engage with customers to comprehensively understand their shipping challenges and objectives.
- Tailor product solutions and conduct product demonstrations to illustrate their relevance to customer needs.
- Provide expert guidance on how our technology can address specific logistics challenges.
- Offer customized solutions to address unique customer requirements.
- Show a consistent track record of progressing and closing sales opportunities with prospective clients/partners.
Relationship Building
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor by staying attuned to customers evolving needs.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with customers on problem-solving and value creation.
- Provide customer service and answer questions regarding customers utilization of eHub products and services.
eHub Product and Industry Knowledge
- Have a full understanding of the eHub suite of solutions and their various uses.
- Understand a customers needs, considering how it might apply to others, and submitting ideas to drive product enhancements and maintain eHubs competitive edge.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the logistics and fulfillment industry and how the eHub platform fits in the industry and meets the needs of our customers.
eHub Product and Industry Knowledge
- Act as a mentor and resource for other Sales Representatives, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in prospecting, sales presentations, and closing deals.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop mentorship programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
